This Plate Matters invites guests to experience some of the most historic and recognizable architectural ruins of the Lowcountry like never before. Local interior designers will transform these unrestored spaces for fine cuisine crafted by local chefs.
Sites selected for supper locations are connected to the Seven to Save program. Seven to Save is an annual outreach program that the Preservation Society of Charleston designed to focus the work of the organization in a proactive and constructive way.
