The Seventh Annual FollyGras

The seventh annual FollyGras is set for 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday, February 22nd, 2014.

FollyGras is Folly’s take on the traditional Carnival celebrations. Break out your Mardi Gras costume and bring your beads, as Center Street will feature a parade beginning at 2 p.m., food vendors, games and fun for the whole family. There are five bands scheduled to play throughout the afternoon (Shakin’ Martinis, Soulfish, Hungry Monks, Gaslight Street, and Hollow Point).

In conjunction with the FollyGras festivities, the Folly Beach Arts and Crafts Guild will host its “Art In The Park” fair from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. in Folly River Park. The fair will showcase several mediums of arts and crafts, as members of the guild will be on hand displaying their handmade crafts and works of art available for sale.
