The Charleston Trash Fish Dinner

Come and enjoy some of the best seafood you’ve probably never tried, all in an effort to support ocean health, fishing communities and the work of Chefs Collaborative.

Featuring a star lineup of Charleston chefs, diners can expect delicious preparations of under appreciated fish like amberjack, white grunt, little tunny, spanish mackerel, and jolthead porgy.

The talented lineup of local chefs includes:
Nico Romo – Fish Restaurant
Jason Stanhope – FIG Restaurant
Robert Stehling – Hominy Grill
Jeremiah Bacon – The Macintosh and Oak Steakhouse
Kevin Johnson – The Grocery

The Charleston Trash Fish Dinner will begin at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception and passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a truly collaborative and interactive dining experience, with wood-burning fire pits and the freshest fish straight off the dock.

Tickets are $125, with proceeds benefitting Chefs Collaborative, a national network of chefs working to foster sustainable cooking practices in restaurants. Seating is limited, and tickets are available online at the website listed.
