The Art of French Sauces with Holly Herrick!

Join Charleston Cooks! Charleston and awarded cookbook author and food writer Holly Herrick for a special cooking class and book signing on Wednesday, July 17th at 6:30pm.

Holly Herrick is the author of numerous cookbooks, including her latest, The French Cook: Sauces. During her class, she will teach guests all the techniques they need to know to make amazing sauces at home. Menu includes Soft Scrambled Eggs with Sage Bechamel Sauce; Creamy Wild Mushroom, Morel & Leek Lasagna with Fresh Thyme Mornay; Anchovy and Parsley Mayonnaise over Salmon; Shrimp in Curry and Coconut Veloute; Classic Choux Pastry Cream Puffs.
