Thanksgiving is coming up soon! Come and prepare your wine selections for the big meal.
This class will demonstrate how to pair wines with basic Thanksgiving desserts like pumpkin pie and chocolate, and explain how the food affects the wine and vice versa.
The class will include Cabernets, Ports, Rieslings, Eiswein style wine. The wine director from Halls Chophouse will talk about different styles of fortified wines (Madeiras, sherry, etc.), as well as different sweet white wines such as Sauternes.
This class will give you the knowledge to impress your guests on Thanksgiving with expert wine pairings.
