Ted’s Butcherblock is bringing back its popular craft beer dinner with a special one-time event that will bring outstanding creations from Ted’s Chef Jamey Fairchild paired with craft beer selections from Scott Shor of Charleston Beer Exchange and Edmund’s Oast.
The event is part of a year-long look back at the local butcher shop and gourmet cafe’s decade in business as it approaches its ten-year anniversary this October. The “Ten Years of Ted’s Craft Beer Dinner” will take place on Wednesday, March 25th at 7:30 pm. Reservations are required.
The five-course menu in development for the event will include items like Buttermilk Brined Suckling Big, Tempura Sweetbreads, Confit Lamb Neck and Chocolate Beer Cake. Menu and pairing details will be posted soon on the events calendar at tedsbutcherblock.com. The price of $75 per person includes all five courses and pairings. Reservations are required and may be made by calling (843) 577-0094.
