Swing for the Symphony

The Charleston Symphony Orchestra League will host “Swing for the Symphony,” a premier golf event at The River Course on Kiawah Island. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Charleston Symphony Orchestra and CSOL student scholarships.

During the tournament, golfers will enjoy dining at outdoor cafés and beverage carts. Afterwards, they’ll relax with cocktails and a dinner buffet, entertained by members of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra, on the River Course’s back terrace overlooking the Kiawah River.

The tournament, with a Shamble format, will kick off with registration at 9:30 a.m., a golf clinic with Carol Preisinger one of the country’s top teaching pros at 10:00 a.m., and a shotgun start at 11 a.m.

There will be hole-in-one and closest to the pin contests. The cost is $400 per player or $1600 per foursome. Cocktails and dinner for non-playing spouses is $55.

For sponsorship opportunities and participant information, visit the website or call the number listed.
