Named for its black tannic waters, the Black River has long been a favorite of paddlers in the Lowcountry and beyond. The river flows through bottomland forest along most of its length and offers excellent birding and wildlife watching opportunities.
Participants will kayak on a guided expedition that follows the flow of the river for an enjoyable trip. This is an excellent tour for beginners and experienced kayakers.
