Sustainable Seafood Initiative Beer Dinner

Event Details

The Macintosh, a long-time supporter of the South Carolina Aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Initiative program, will host a special dinner, donating ten percent of their proceeds to the Aquarium. The dinner, on their recently renovated outside patio, will feature four courses all paired with beer by local brewery Westbrook Brewing.

The dinner starts at 6:30PM and costs $65 per person, non-inclusive of tax and gratuity.

The menu includes:

First Course: Tempura Fried Schezwan Shrimp paired with Strawberry Rhubarb Beer

Second Course: Smoked Clam Agnolotti paired with Westbrook Weisse Weisse Baby

Third Course: Whole Roasted Snapper paired with 2014 Marzenbeir Beer

Fourth Course: Ice Cream Float with "Can Can" Bourbon Barrel Aged Beer
