Cool off in the shade of the giant live oak trees at the plantation and enjoy a leisurely paddle along Wambaw Creek as you celebrate Summer. On the paddle you can anticipate seeing alligators basking in the sun and turtles as you paddle past Hampton Island where the slaves worked the rice fields.
Meet at 10 a.m. at Stillboat Landing. From there you'll paddle for 2 hours, then go to the plantation, have lunch and a mansion tour.
