The Alley Charleston and Home Team Kitchen will host a beer focused dinner featuring beers by Stone Brewing Co., a California based brewery that was named “All-Time Top Brewery on Planet Earth” by Beer Advocate magazine in 2008 and 2009.
Chef Courtney Tomer of Home Team Kitchen will create a four course dinner paired with the beers.
Featured beers include Levitation Ale, Ruination IPA, Smoked Porter, Stone 12.12.12 Vertical Epic and Arrogant Bastard paired with dishes like Northeastern oysters on the half shell, a sweetbread salad with charred corn vinaigrette, ricotta gnocchi with lamb neck sugo, fish nag with summer vegetables and a composed cheese dish.
The dinner begins at 6:30. It will cost $65 and includes free bowling immediately following from 9:30-11:00PM.
