Michael’s on the Alley will be hosting an exclusive five-course wine dinner featuring Staglin Family Estates on April 2nd, 2015.
Beginning with a cocktail hour at 6:30, followed by dinner at 7:00pm, guests can expect to be “wowed” with five courses of Staglin’s featured wines expertly paired with creative fare by Michael’s on the Alley Executive Chef, Aaron Lemieux. Lemieux’s carefully crafted menu begins with a Brillat-Savarin Triple Cream Brie paired with the 2011 Salus Napa Chardonnay, followed by a Grilled Baby Octopus “Panzanella” alongside the 2010 Staglin Estate Napa Chardonnay.
As the wine selections build in weight and robust flavor, so will the fare pairings featuring flavors of locally sourced Poulet Rouge with finishes of Foie Gras, Steaks sourced from Meats by Linz with finishes of local oysters and bacon, all finishing with a finale of Port paired with a selection of Chef’s Petit Fours.
