O-Ku hosts national sake expert Midori Roth for a special Sake Happy Hour on Thursday, July 10 from 5:00-7:00PM. During this Happy Hour, patrons can enjoy a special sake tasting featuring hard to find bottles including Manabito Ginjo, Hideyoshi Namacho Honjozo, Hideyoshi Lachamte Sparkling, Dewatsuru Junmai Nigori Sake, and Chokaisan Junmai Daiginjo.
For the Happy Hour, Chef Thad Stuckey will offer some small bites that pair well with the sakes. The event is free to attend and special prices will be offered on all sakes and food during this event.
