Chefs Aaron Siegel and Taylor Garrigan of Fiery Ron’s Home Team BBQ will be the featured chef for Smokin’ Chef at the Joe during the RiverDogs game on Sunday, July 20, 2014 serving up smoked pastrami pork belly for patrons to enjoy. The series at the RiverDogs brings in a variety of Charleston based chefs to cook off the stadium’s new cooker. A portion of the proceeds from all the sales benefit the Lowcountry Food Bank.
