Celebrate the holidays at O-Ku's decadent lobster and bubbles dinner on Tuesday, December 17, from 5 to 10:30 p.m.
Enjoy a four-course lobster menu by chef Stuckey artfully paired with carefully selected sparkling wines. This dinner will be available for $59 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
First course: Kabocha lobster bisque with lobster shumai
Second course:Butter-poached lobster temaki
Third course: Lobster and halibut ceviche with shishito peppers and radishes with a kumquat vinaigrette
Fourth course: Panko lobster roll with avocado, mango, asparagus and beets
Fifth course: Seasonal dessert
