Culinary forces from the Upcountry and Lowcountry of South Carolina will unite when Executive Chef Michael Kramer returns to Charleston as guest chef for an exciting five-course wine dinner at the Old Village Post House on Wednesday, November 13th at 6:30 pm.

Maverick Southern Kitchens will welcome Chef Michael Kramer back to Charleston where he will create a flavorful menu inspired by the Upcountry and Lowcountry of South Carolina.

Wines will be paired with each course from The Country Vintner portfolio. Menu includes Local Baby Beet Salad, Local Snapper, Olive Oil Poached Lamb Loin and Olive & Sinclair Flourless Chocolate Torte.

Michael Kramer, now Executive Chef of Table 301 restaurants in Greenville, SC, has longtime culinary connections to Charleston. Chef Kramer was recruited to be the Executive Chef at McCrady’s in Charleston and earned national acclaim.
