Magnolia Gardens and Terrace Theater hugging for “Bears”
Event Details
The Terrace Theater and Magnolia Plantation and Gardens are hugging again on April 19 for the premier of “Bears.” Before the showing of the Disney film, Chris Smith, director of Magnolia’s zoo and nature center, will present a display of small animals in the theater’s lobby.
The animal demonstration is free with the purchase of a ticket to the movie that will benefit the Goodall Institute that helps protect wild chimpanzees. Keep the movie ticket to receive $1 off Magnolia’s $15 garden admission price. The redemption expires April 30.
“Bears” captures the fast-moving action and suspense of life in one of the planet’s last great wildernesses—Alaska! “Bears” arrives in theaters around the country in time to celebrate Earth Day.
