The Warrior Ride is a non-profit organization with a mission of rehabilitation and recreation for our combat wounded service members. They accomplish their mission by implementing challenging, multi-day adaptive bicycling events, and other morale building events.
The Warrior Ride Founders believe that with these events our nations wounded heroes are able to take pride in the skills they have and redefine their capabilities through accomplishment in an atmosphere of camaraderie and support.
The Independence Fund is proud to partner with the Warrior Ride for the second year running as the lead agency coordinating this family friendly fun ride which is one of the most important components of the Lt Dan Weekend.
Registration opens at 7:30am at the N. Charleston Coliseum parking lot. Please arrive sufficiently early. Ride time is 8:00am.
Registration Fee: $50.00; $35 for Veterans; No charge for combat injured veterans
Your entry fee before September 1st will entitle you to a Lt. Dan Warrior Ride T-Shirt. Any added donation will be used to defray the costs for our wounded veterans.
