Lowcountry Smokehouse Draft Dinner

Southend Brewery and Smokehouse along with Charleston Culinary Tours present Lowcountry Smokehouse Draft Dinner on Wednesday, February 12th at 7pm at the downtown restaurant located at 161 E. Bay Street.

Chef Garrett Priester & Sous Chef Jonathan DuPriest have prepared an authentic, five-course menu that showcases Southend Brewery beers that are thoughtfully paired with dishes inspired by seasonal flavors and local ingredients with a unique smokehouse style twist.

The cost is $60 per person++ and reservations are available by calling the number listed or vising the website.

First Course: Local Oyster Trio
On the Half Shell with "Watch it Grow" Mignonette, smoked with Warm Bacon Gastrique & Micro Spinach and Fried & Tossed in House BBQ with Pineapple Relish

Second Course: Riptide Red Crispy Pork Belly
Sweet & Sour Onions, Baby Arugula, Chevre Goat Cheese, Toasted Walnuts

Fourth Course: Coffee Rubbed Beef Tenderloin
