After offering beginner sweetgrass basket workshops for four years, the Charleston Museum and traditional basket maker Sarah Edwards-Hammond want to help take basket-making to the next level.
A two-session Intermediate Sweetgrass Basket Workshop will be held on July 20 and 27, from 9:30-1:30 on both days.
The goal is to help basket students make larger baskets with more elaborate finishes.
Registration is $90/member and $95/non-member; all supplies are included. Advance registration is required; register online or call the number listed.
