“In the Mix: Music Industry Exchanges” is being presented as a monthly series connecting musicians and CofC students to industry leaders with intimate conversations about success and experience in the music business, moderated by Mark Bryan.

Presented by the Arts Management Program in the College of Charleston School of the Arts and sponsored by Borboleta Audio Mastering, the FREE series takes place Mondays, once a month, at 6:30, January through April on the College’s campus in Room 309 of the Simons Center for the Arts.

JANUARY 27: “The Song” covers songwriting with:

FEBRUARY 24: “In the Studio” covers producing an album with:
Frank Rogers, Producer of Darius Rucker and founder of Sea Gayle Music
Dan Hannon, Producer of Manchester Orchestra
Eric Bass, Bass player of Shinedown and owner of Ocean Industries Studios
Duda Lucena of Borboleta Audio Mastering

MARCH 31: “On the Road” covers touring with:
Jerrod Wilkins, Manager of Duncan Sheik and NY Dolls
at Gold Mountain Entertainment
Dolph Ramseur, Manager of Avett Brothers and Carolina Chocolate Drops
at Ramseur Records

APRIL 28: “Music gone viral” covers online distribution with:
Luke Lewis former CEO of Universal Music and Founder of Lost Highway Records
