Tour the HGTV® Dream Home on beautiful Kiawah Island, just 21 miles from Charleston, SC! All proceeds benefit Communities In Schools of the Charleston Area!

This 3,000-square-foot Platinum LEED Certified home is located in Indigo Park on Kiawah Island, SC. Indigo Park aspires to be the first luxury community in the United States where all homes are LEED Certified! The HGTV® Dream Home features new low country Zen architectural style that combines traditional low country elements with contemporary flair. Generous views of tidal waterways and a spacious rear deck with a "plunge" pool are a sight to see! Don't miss your chance to tour this elegant Southern home!

Children ages three and under are free but must be carried by an adult.

Tour Guidelines

Soft-soled shoes are required to enter the HGTV® Dream Home. High heels are not allowed.
Shoes must be covered to enter the HGTV® Dream Home. Booties will be provided by Communities In Schools.
No smoking, food or beverages will be allowed in or outside the HGTV® Dream Home.
Please do not sit on any furniture in the HGTV® Dream Home.
Please do not touch any items in the HGTV® Dream Home.
Strollers are not allowed in the HGTV® Dream Home.
There are no public restrooms available in or outside the home.
Photos are allowed.
Please respect the nature and surrounding homeowners during your visit.
Volunteers are trained. Please feel free to ask questions!
