Enjoy a fun filled evening making chocolate with Christophe. Come into his kitchen and he will teach you how to hand-paint your own chocolate pumpkin, mold it, and fill it with individual chocolate pieces.
Not only do you make the pumpkin box, but you make the chocolates to go inside of it. You will paint, mold, and fill your chocolates with ganache.
He takes you step by step through the process as you create your piece. His ganache recipes become your own, as you learn to create the creamy texture that Christophe has mastered.
