Gullah Tales at the Charleston Museum

Combine your visit to the Charleston Museum with an authentic telling of Gullah stories by local storyteller, Sharon Murray.

Ms. Murray will tell each story in Gullah and in English. Stories are appropriate for children of all ages. This program is sponsored by The Humanities CouncilSC, a state program of the National Endowment for the Humanities; inspiring, engaging and enriching South Carolinians with programs on literature, history, culture and heritage.

Every month The Charleston Museum offers a special Saturday program dedicated to providing an educational and exciting experience for the whole family.

Begins at 10 am. Event is free for Museum members and free with admission ($10/adults, $5/children, 3 and under FREE).
