Foothills Beer Dinner at Blossom
Event Details
Blossom invites beer lovers in for an evening of Lowcountry fare and craft beer with a Foothills Brewing beer dinner on Tuesday, February 24th. Guests can enjoy a five-course tasting dinner with complementing brews from Foothills Brewing in Winston Salem, NC.
Blossom Executive Chef Adam Close will present a seasonal menu inspired by the flavors of The Carolinas with each course paired with a selected beer. Diners will round out the experience with a dessert from Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Upchurch served alongside a fifth beer. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste the flavors of North and South Carolina together through seasonal dishes and refreshing beer.
