Famed Sicilian chef-instructor Fabrizia Lanza will be visiting Charleston during the kick-off to the 2014 Spoleto Festival USA and will host a special dinner paired with Tasca d'Almerita wines on the Patio at Indaco on Wednesday, May 21 starting at 6:30PM. The four course dinner will be a collaboration between Lanza and Chef Michael Perez and together will offer dishes like panelle, ravioli stuffed with a seasonal vegetable, stewed rabbit, seasonal garden greens and a biancomangiare. Wines featured at the dinner include Regaleali Bianco, Leone, Lamuri and Diamante.
