Brandon Plyler, manager at The Charleston Beer Exchange and a Certified Cicerone, will be heading the series of classes.
Starting March 10, the series will run each Monday that month. Classes will start at 6:30 and will be held on the outside patio at the restaurant. Cost is $35 per person per class and the average class will run an hour and a half.
