Kick off the holiday weekend on Saturday, April 19 with a variety of activities for the kids and a visit from the Easter Bunny at the Easter Festival. Then on Sunday, April 20, enjoy an outdoor, non-denominational Easter Service on the Lawn.
Start the holiday celebration at the Easter Festival on Saturday, April 19 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with free children’s activities like a jump castle, an inflatable obstacle course, a mechanical bull, face painting and crafts.
John Cusatis will perform live music throughout the afternoon with his band formed by audience members. Artwork from the Kiawah and Seabrook Artists Guilds will also be exhibited. Plus, the latest boats from Barrier Island Marine will be on display. Food and beverage will be available for purchase.
On Sunday, a casual, non-denominational Easter Service will be led by Cavalry of the Sea Islands Church on the Village Green at 9:30 a.m. Guests are encouraged to bring a beach chair or blanket.
