Cypress hosts James Beard Award winning author Hank Shaw on Wednesday, January 15th for an exclusive book signing event.
Shaw will be selling and signing his new book Duck, Duck, Goose while Chef Craig Deihl provides snacks, including an impressive selection of charcuterie and cured meats. Guests are invited to drop by Cypress between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Also in honor of special guest Hank Shaw and Duck, Duck, Goose, Chef Deihl will be featuring a duck-inspired entrée on the Restaurant Week menu on the evening of January 15th. For reservations following the book signing event, please call the number listed or visit the website.
