Butcher & Bee welcomes Chef Sarah Simmons, straight out of Soho, for a one-night only Charleston engagement.
Recently named one of Food & Wine's "Greatest New Cooks," Sarah has cooked alongside notable chefs like April Bloomfield, Sean Brock, Marc Vetri, and John Currence, and been featured in the New York Times for City Grit, her culinary salon.
For this dinner, Sarah is putting her signature Southern spin on classic Japanese cuisine. The 6-course menu will introduce some decidedly untraditional flavors to the lowcountry. The menu is priced at $70 per person.
