Pastry Chef Kelly Kleisner of The Indigo Road Restaurant Group’s Oak Steakhouse and The Macintosh will teach a candy-making class at Southern Season on Tuesday, October 7, 2014. The class, called “Go Sweet on Indigo Road,” is part of the Cooking School series at Southern Season. For the course, Chef Kleisner will conduct an interactive and fun lesson in confectionery making, including learning fundamental skills like caramelization and the making of fall season favorite, the candy apple.
The class begins at 6 p.m. and is $35 per person.
