Come and learn about the beautiful art of decorative handwriting and lettering design with instructor and professional, Natasha Lawrence. On this day, she will be teaching two classes-- an introductory class and a wedding calligraphy class.

Not an artist? That's okay! All levels of skill or experience are welcome! Come to one or come to both!

Intro to Calligraphy: Writing for all Seasons
Learn the fundamental Art of Calligraphy, for any season and occasions such as birthdays, holidays, weddings, journaling, quotations, poems and more!

-Topics include Italian Italics, cursive writing, accents and flourishes, envelope addressing and resources.
-Guide, calligraphy pen and instruction are provided.
-No prior or artistic experience necessary!

Wedding Calligraphy: Making a Statement
Make a great impression on family and friends--learn to hand-address wedding and special event invitation envelopes in beautiful calligraphy, an ages-old Charleston tradition of beauty and art.

This workshop includes instruction and individual guidance on creating elegant lettering styles, wedding envelope examples, guest list preparation and choosing stationery.

-Guides, practice papers and calligraphy pen are provided.
-No artistic ability necessary!


The fee for one class is $40 for Members and $55 Non-members
For both classes: $70 for Members and $100 Non-members
