BBQ lovers pull out their bibs to join Caviar & Bananas for its first-ever C&B-BQ night.
Diners will choose from a selection of Slow-Roasted Ancho Rubbed Creekstone Farms Pulled Black Angus Brisket, Roasted Suckling Pig or Westbrook Beer-Brined Rotisserie Style Chicken all tenderly prepared with a choice of house-made sauces including Roasted Habanero Hell-Fire Sauce, East Carolina Spiced Vinegar, Kansas City-Style Sweet & Spicy Sauce and more.
Six different side options will be on the menu including Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese, Local Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad, Farmer’s Market Three-Bean Salad and more.
Each plate will be served with a Homemade Buttermilk Biscuit. Finally, guests are invited to finish each bite with a perfectly paired craft beer to complement the meal's flavors.
$12.50 Includes choice of BBQ (protein), Two Sides, and a Buttermilk Biscuit.
Also available a la carte by the pound. Dine-in or Take-out. 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
