Beth Cosi, owner of Tapas Yoga, will kick off the Bendy Boozy Yoga series on Wednesdays at High Wire Distilling starting October 23, 2013.
The class, designed for all levels of flexibility and experience including beginners, will begin at 5:30PM and will include a 45 minute yoga session followed by a special tour and tasting of High Wire spirits.
