Creative Spark Center for the Arts' annual fall fundraiser features an afternoon house tour on Sullivan's Island, over twenty five artists selling their creations, live music and chef demonstrations and tastings. Patrons are invited to bicycle, drive or buy golf cart tickets to move easily on the four mile loop around the island which begins at Sandpiper Gallery. Highlights this year include award-winning poster artist Sally Evans's bold Southern landscapes and the wisdom of Red Wood. Although known for his extensive civic work, Red Wood is being honored as an island philosopher. Slogans he's written and collected will be available for signing by the author in exchange for a donation to Creative Spark.
