The Reckoning: the Fight for the International Criminal Court Screening at The Citadel
Event Details
The department of political science, a division of The Citadel’s School of Humanities and Social Sciences, will host a public screening of the PBS film The Reckoning: the Fight for the International Criminal Court at 7 p.m., Nov. 21, in Jenkins Hall Auditorium.
The film is an account of the new International Criminal Court's struggle to prosecute perpetrators—however powerful or concealed they may be—of crimes against humanity as the court fights to establish its own credibility on the world stage.
The screening will be followed by a video conference with filmmakers Paco de Onìs, Peter Kinoy and Pamela Yates.
The event is free and open to the public.
