Event Details
An evening devoted to that bowl of creamy comfort...grits, and its “mouthful of love” companion bacon and all things hog related. Come for delicious food, cocktails and great entertainment.
6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
This event will feature:
Plates of creamy Adluh grits alongside grilled pork roast stuffed with mushrooms and arugula
Bacon five different ways during a “Bacon Tasting” led by a local bacon expert
Grits Cook-off
Signature cocktails at the Enlightened Grain “Swine and Spirits” Bar with Sweet Magnolias, Savory Charleston Mix Bloody Mary’s, Virgil Kane Bourbon & our own Palmetto Brewery beer
