Join Museum Archaeologist Ron Anthony as he takes a look at South Carolina's first people through archaeology. Ron will examine how archaeology helps us to better understand the culture of a society, how settlement and subsistence patterns changed for Native Americans over time, and what happened to them after Europeans explored and settled in South Carolina. Ron will also discuss some of his findings related to early peoples from his extensive archaeological work at The Charleston Museum's Dill Sanctuary.
