"Asian Infused and Cupid Approved" at Caviar & Bananas

This February 14, break away from the traditional table for two with an Asian inspired dinner and cooking demonstration at Caviar & Bananas.

For this special day, C&B will transform their George Street location into a fine dining experience where you can turn up the heat as you sip wine, beer and sake pairings, while learning the secrets behind creating fresh and flavorful Asian cuisine.

Fall in love with this four-course seated dinner served on china, complete with the C&B sushi chef leading a cooking demonstration explaining how you can recreate each course at home.

The menu will include the following courses:

First-Course:
Steamed Shitake Dumplings with a Yuzu-Ginger-Soy Dipping Sauce
*Paired with the limited release of Dogfish Head “Chateau Jiahu” Beer

Second-Course:
Freshly rolled Sushi (Traditional California roll with Lump Crab as well as a “Ladybug” roll with Sesame Roasted Shrimp, Tuna Tataki, Mango, Chive and Basil)
*Paired with Laurenz and Sophie “Singing” Gruner Veltliner

Main Course:
Shrimp and Lobster Pad Thai
*Paired with Tozai “Living Jewel” Sake

Dessert Course:
Japanese style “Manju” Cake
*Paired with Zonin Prosecco

Seating for this dinner will be limited to eight couples, priced at $75 per person and reservations are required.
