2nd Annual Chucktown Showdown

Event Details

This SUP race held in downtown Charleston, SC and will travel past the Battery and picturesque Civil War era forts, allowing amazing views of this historic city. Be prepared for a challenge and some stiff competition and most of all a lot of fun!

Elite / Long Course: An 8.5 mile course that will start at Brittlebank Park and head out along the Ashley River, passing under historic bridges and beautiful marinas. This is a challenging and beautiful course all wrapped into one.

Rec / Short Course: For those who are looking for a historic and scenic course, but with a bit less of a challenge, we will have a great 4 mile option as well. You will still enjoy the challenges of a bit of current, but in a much more controlled version.

The event is officially associated with and benefiting Special Olympics.
