The 2010 Piccolo Spoleto Festival, the official outreach arm of Spoleto Festival USA, is bringing the arts to the people in exciting and profound ways. Showcasing artists principally from the Southeast re-
gion, Piccolo Spoleto, produced by the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs, maintains high standards of artistic excellence while also continuing to provide the community with affordable and often free
concerts and presentations, including many community outreach programs.
Piccolo Spoleto draws both Charleston residents and visitors to its myriad festival events. Approximately 180,000 + people attend the event annually.
