Circa 1886 is looking for a new ice cream flavor to help the city cool down in the August heat. Patrons are invited to submit their top flavor suggestions by July 25, and the winning flavor, as chosen by the restaurant's chefs, will be served at Circa 1886 throughout August. The winner will receive a complimentary dinner for four at Circa 1886, excluding alcoholic beverages and gratuity, and, of course, bragging rights for the "coolest" recipe.
