Charleston Legends And Lore New Tours

In addition to our well known "Charleston Ghost Show" and our quality Ghost, Pirate and History Tours, we now have all new, regularly performing live shows and tours.




"The Complete History of Charleston for Morons" - Part comedy show, part walking tour this hilariously entertaining production dumbs down Charleston's history so the mentally feeble can understand it. This production is the creation of Greg Tavarus (The Have Nots) and R. W. Smith (Pure Theater). 20 guests at a time will be entertained with a 35 minute, one man show in the theater and then will be taken on a 35 minute tour of the historic district.
Show/Tour times and Dates: Every Saturday at 5pm.
Other show times may be added as demand warrants.
Admission: $16 (Due to some content, this show is not recommended for children)

"A Gullah Experience" - This quality live production provides a insightful and entertaining look into the fascinating Gullah culture that is such a significant part of Charleston's history. Gullah performer Sharon Murray will include Gullah storytelling, history and song through the interpretation of the Gullah language.
This 45- 50 minute show takes place entirely in the theater.
Performances every Wednesday and Sunday at 6pm. Special show Friday Feb. 15th, 6pm
Admission: $16 adults and $12 children ages 4 - 12. Ages 3 and under are free.

"The Wicked Walk" - This tour is conducted by renowned author and tour guide Mark R. Jones. Mark is author of the Wicked Charleston books, South Carolina Predators and Carolina Killers. He will take you on a tour like no other with informative, shocking and sometimes disturbing stories of the historic district. Due to the mature nature and content, this tour is limited to adults only.
Tour dates and times: Wednesday - Sunday 8:30pm
Tour Length: approximately 1.5 hours (1/2 mile)
Admission: Tour only $20 / Combine tour with Charleston Ghost Show for $24.95.

"Haunted Charleston Ghost Tour" - This tour is conducted by renowned author and tour guide Rebel Sinclair . Rebel is the author of "The Devil in Charleston" as well as other fiction and non-fiction books. She is a master storyteller which quickly becomes apparent as she captivates with her stories of dark spirits that haunt Charleston. Due to the nature and content of this tour, we require the participants to be no younger than 12 years old.
Tour dates and times: Wednesday - Sunday 8:00pm
Tour Length: approximately 1.5 hours (1/2 mile)
Admission: Tour only $20 / Combine tour with Charleston Ghost Show for $24.95

All tours and shows except for the "Charleston Ghost Show" require reservations.
“The Charleston Ghost Show” is every half hour except when one of the above listed shows is performing.
