The impressive menu by two-time James Beard nominee Chef Craig Deihl showcases his signature style including Sashimi Tuna & Oysters, Charleston Vermilion Snapper, Smoked Salmon Wellington, Garlic & Herb-Rubbed Rack of Lamb and more. A 4,500 bottle wine selection displayed in a three-story wine wall complements the cuisine, featuring vintages from well-known to boutique wineries spanning the globe. Cypress has also garnered praise for Deihl’s renowned in-house charcuterie program, Artisan Meat Share, producing over 80 types of meats.
