Inspired by Cypress’ innovative Artisan Meat Share program – which has produced recipes for over 90 different types of charcuterie and cured meats – the 1,100 square-foot butcher and sandwich shop offers options for all palates including selections of James Beard-nominated Chef Craig Deihl’s well-known artisan meats, an array of hearty sandwiches, freshly butchered meats and house made condiments. Featuring items such as the Pâté Melt, Knuckle and Breakfast Sandwiches, and tasty meats including Mortadella, Beef Speck, Cypressata, Ham Hocks and more, Chef Deihl uses the freshest ingredients from the Lowcountry’s top farms and purveyors.
