About This Package

The Market Pavilion Hotel is Charleston’s top luxury boutique hotel and is a member of the elite Leading Hotels of the World. The hotel is located in the epicenter of Charleston, within walking distance to historic sites, shopping and dining. The Market Pavilion Hotel offers two restaurants: Grill 225 and Pavilion Bar. Grill 225 is one of the Top Ten Great Steakhouses in North America and is also one of the Distinguished Restaurants of North America (DiRoNA). Grill 225 is the first and only restaurant in Charleston to offer 100% Prime Beef. Pavilion Bar is Charleston’s favorite rooftop meeting spot. The restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Charleston skyline and harbor. The Pavilion level is also home to our cascading pool and cardio-fitness facility.

The Market Pavilion Hotel features 70 guestrooms and suites. As you enter each guestroom, you'll cross a brightly polished mahogany foyer before being greeted by an opulent guestroom in old Charleston-style. Heavy plaster crown molding, original paintings, Old-world decor and fine, rich fabrics await your stay. Exquisite mahogany furniture in each room features poster beds, marble topped bedside tables, a desk area, and a sitting area. High thread count Italian Frette linen sheeting and cashmere blankets cover the bed’s deluxe mattresses. The bath is Italian marble with a separate shower and tub, gilded gold mirror flanked by Lennox wall sconces, lighted make-up mirror, scale, and a hairdryer located in the vanity drawer. Plush robes, slippers and towels and upscale Hermes toiletries are added for your comfort.

The Luxury Level guestrooms are located on the hotel's second and third floors. You will enjoy freshly baked pastries, coffee, juices and tea from 7:00am - 10:00am each morning, which will be served on your guest hall. You may also choose to upgrade to our Concierge Level, located on the hotel's private fourth floor. On this level, you will have access to an intimate parlor where you will enjoy a full, American Breakfast buffet with European accompaniments, English high tea and pastries, and evening beer, wine, champagne and a chef selection of hors d'oeuvres. This upgrade is available at an additional fee of $70.00 plus tax per night.

Your reservation includes a $50.00 Food and Beverage Credit that may be used in our two restaurants: Grill 225 or Pavilion Bar. This credit expires at midnight, and does not include tax, gratuity, or In-Room Dining.

This package includes one ticket to the PGA Practice Rounds taking place at the Kiawah Island Ocean Course on Monday, August 6, Tuesday, August 7, or Wednesday, August 8. Additional tickets for Monday, August 6 and Tuesday, August 7 may be purchased for $45.00 per ticket. Additional tickets for Wednesday, August 8 may be purchased for $60.00 per ticket. A ticket for the Championship Round on Thursday, August 9 may be substituted for the Practice Round ticket included in the package for an additional fee of $30.00. Additional tickets for the Championship Round on Thursday, August 9 are available for $75.00 per ticket.

Please note that the rate is based upon double occupancy. There is an additional adult fee of $50.00 plus tax per adult over two adults. The rate does not include 13.5% accommodations tax or $1.14 Destination Fee.
