The CACVB Convention Services Department offers assistance, at no charge, for planning professionals to ensure the success of their Charleston area meeting. Organizations selecting the Charleston area as their destination can rely on our assistance, from the moment the event is confirmed to the group's departure.

Attendance Boosting
As local experts, the CACVB can build excitement about your choice of the Charleston area for your upcoming program with enticing destination information. Ask about our printable, color "shell" brochures. Literature, images and videos are available to you. Please note that charges may apply to certain materials.

Promotional Items

Spouse Programs and Off-Site Activities
We can arrange for proposals to be sent to you. Just let us know what you are interested in -- whether it is spouse programs, organized tours for the entire family, off-site parties, or team building activities, we'll be sure you find just what you're looking for.

Registration Personnel
We can direct you in hiring registration personnel for your event or function.

Media and Public Relations
Assistance is available in establishing local media contacts as well as distribution of convention-related press releases. Please inquire for details.
