North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey and the I’On Group Join with Cottage Living to Announce the Magazine’s 2009 Idea Home in Mixson
For Immediate Release, November 2008

On November 20 at 10:00am, North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey, Cottage Living magazine, and the Mixson development team will break ground on the 2009 Cottage Living Idea Home. The Idea Home will be completed and open for tours in the summer of 2009. Proceeds from the tours will be donated to a local charity, and the home will be offered for sale at the end of 2009. Like all the homes in Mixson, the Idea Home will feature innovative, green design. A special section on the Idea Home will be featured in the October 2009 issue of Cottage Living.

Earlier this year, Cottage Living named the Noisette area in North Charleston one of the top 10 cottage communities in the nation.
