Executive Chef Nico Romo & Chef de Cuisine Charron Henry have created a $35 three course menu based on the natural cycle of marine vegetation. Each course will be created as a duo, highlighting a predator & its prey. Think crab & shrimp, triggerfish & squid, Tom & Jerry, you get the idea.
Fish will be hosting the official Charleston Ballet Theatre’s Rocky Horror after parties that weekend as well (which we are calling Brad & Janet’s Wedding Reception), so the staff will be in costume & the restaurant will be decorated. It will be a fun, festive atmosphere for those looking for a unique dinner experience on Halloween weekend.
