Join the Mount Pleasant Recreation Department in a ghoulish Halloween celebration. Children can see what or who is behind each of our trick or treating doors, collect a few goodies and participate in games, crafts and, if they dare, get their faces painted. A costume contest will be held at 1:30 p.m. for those in costume. Refreshments will be served.
